What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on legal authorisation, we may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online. If we return the product, we may request a refund from the merchant for the amount we have paid. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that, prior to purchase, we had no opportunity to inspect and try the product, and that we must rely solely on information provided unilaterally by the seller before making the purchase decision.
